Nashatrica T. McNeal

Hello, I’m Nashatrica T. McNeal, Founder and Executive Director of Genesys Way Inc., a non-profit organization, Ms. Dosies Homes for Women and Children LLC, and Genesys Way Solutions and Services LLC. I am a seasoned co-living owner, consultant, motivational speaker, healthcare professional, and entrepreneur. I have been servicing underserved individuals and families affected by homelessness, poverty, food insecurities, and low-income households; I am committed to making a positive change in the lives of others and community support. Through my growing interest in small business and entrepreneurship, Diversity, equality, and inclusion, I actively research and learn about managing small property and rental companies to expand my ability to make a meaningful impact for everyone. I currently service a variety of demographics in our community, such as domestic violence victims and survivors, child and adult sexual abuse, sex trafficking survivors, those living with HIV, seniors, mental health, high-functioning intellectual disabilities, lgbtqia community, and young adults as a few to name.

In 2016, I relocated to the Los Angeles, California, area, where my family and I became homeless for over 18 months. I got on my feet and relocated to the Antelope Valley area, and now I’m giving back because I know what it’s like to struggle and be a Homeless mother with children. I want to expand my vision and continue to be an asset to others, creating jobs, resources, and housing.
